PARC NATUREL RÉGIONAL OISE-PAYS DE FRANCE
Establishing the link between two historical countries, the Country of France and the Valois, the Regional Natural Park Oise Pays de France, created in 2004, covers 60,000 hectares and includes 59 municipalities of the departments of Oise and Val d'Oise. Bounded on the north by the Oise, it consists of the three massive forests (Ermenonville, Chantilly, Halatte) and opens onto the plains to the south and east. The presence of Ysieux, the Nonet and Thève, which surround the massif of Chantilly, and the many ponds, says the number of mills, fountains and wash. Suitable for sports and cultural walks, the Regional Natural Park Oise Pays de France holds many treasures (Royaumont Abbey, Abbey Chaalis, Château de Chantilly, ponds Commelles, Castle Park Motte Luzarches, etc..).
